You have the right to request the deletion of all your personal data processed by Issyx Labs and its services, including Sofia.

Your right to erasure: In accordance with Article 17 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Spanish Data Protection Act (LOPD-GDD), you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. We will process your request free of charge within a maximum of 30 calendar days.

1 What data we will delete

Upon receiving your request, we will proceed to delete the following data associated with your identity:

  • Phone number and WhatsApp conversations managed by Sofia
  • Name, email address and recorded contact data
  • Appointment and booking history
  • Responses to lead capture forms
  • Interaction records and logs associated with your identity
  • Any other personal data we have processed on your behalf

Nota: Some data may be retained due to legal obligation (ej. billing data for up to 6 years under Spanish tax regulations) o for the defense of legal claims.

2 How to request deletion

The process is simple — choose your preferred method:

By email (recommended)

Send an email to soporte@issyxlabs.com with the subject "Personal Data Deletion Request" and include:
· Your full name
· The phone number or email associated with your data
· A copy of your identity document (to verify your identity)

By WhatsApp

Write to us directly at +34 613 471 866 with the message: "I request the deletion of my personal data". We will ask you to verify your identity before proceeding.

3 What happens after your request

Day 1-3: You receive confirmation of receipt of your request through the same channel you sent it.
Day 3-7: We verify your identity. If any data is missing, we will request it by email or WhatsApp.
Day 7-30: We delete your data from all our systems and those of our sub-processors (Make.com, Google Sheets, OpenAI).
Day 30 maximum: You receive written confirmation that deletion is complete, along with details of what data has been deleted and what is retained due to legal obligation.

4 Sofia data — WhatsApp

If you have interacted with Sofia (the Issyx Labs virtual assistant or a client company using Sofia), the data we process is:

  • Your WhatsApp phone number
  • The content of your messages with Sofia
  • Appointment or booking data made through Sofia
  • Your name if you provided it during the conversation
Important: If you interacted with Sofia on behalf of a Issyx Labs client company (e.g. a clinic, law firm or office using Sofia), you must direct your request directly to that company, as they are the data controller for your data as an end user. Issyx Labs acts as data processor in that case.

5 Exceptions to deletion

In some cases, some data may be retained due to legal obligation or legitimate interest:

  • Billing data: retained for up to 6 years under Spanish tax regulations
  • Data necessary for legal defense: if there is an ongoing claim or litigation
  • Anonymized data: aggregated statistics without personal identification may be retained indefinitely

In all cases we will inform you exactly what data has been deleted and what is retained, and why.

6 Not satisfied with our response?

If you believe we have not properly handled your request, you have the right to file a complaint with your country's data protection authority:
