1 What data we will delete
Upon receiving your request, we will proceed to delete the following data associated with your identity:
- Phone number and WhatsApp conversations managed by Sofia
- Name, email address and recorded contact data
- Appointment and booking history
- Responses to lead capture forms
- Interaction records and logs associated with your identity
- Any other personal data we have processed on your behalf
Nota: Some data may be retained due to legal obligation (ej. billing data for up to 6 years under Spanish tax regulations) o for the defense of legal claims.
2 How to request deletion
The process is simple — choose your preferred method:
Send an email to soporte@issyxlabs.com with the subject "Personal Data Deletion Request" and include:
· Your full name
· The phone number or email associated with your data
· A copy of your identity document (to verify your identity)
Write to us directly at +34 613 471 866 with the message: "I request the deletion of my personal data". We will ask you to verify your identity before proceeding.

3 What happens after your request
4 Sofia data — WhatsApp
If you have interacted with Sofia (the Issyx Labs virtual assistant or a client company using Sofia), the data we process is:
- Your WhatsApp phone number
- The content of your messages with Sofia
- Appointment or booking data made through Sofia
- Your name if you provided it during the conversation
5 Exceptions to deletion
In some cases, some data may be retained due to legal obligation or legitimate interest:
- Billing data: retained for up to 6 years under Spanish tax regulations
- Data necessary for legal defense: if there is an ongoing claim or litigation
- Anonymized data: aggregated statistics without personal identification may be retained indefinitely
In all cases we will inform you exactly what data has been deleted and what is retained, and why.
6 Not satisfied with our response?
If you believe we have not properly handled your request, you have the right to file a complaint with your country's data protection authority:
